  1. Keep them happy
  2. Feed good healthy food at regular intervals
  3. Keep them active
  4. Keep safety precautions in mind, inside and outside the house
  5. However don’t kill curiosity, have a balance between safety and  freedom
  6. Limit junk food
  7. Teach the importance of eating healthy food
  8. Teach the difference between healthy and unhealthy food
  9. Practice what you teach
  10. Limit eating out
